Ryan, the owner of Ryan’s Signature Landscaping, has always had a deep connection to the outdoors. Growing up, he took on the role of being the “man of the house” at a young age, learning the value of hard work and responsibility early on. Landscaping and outdoor living have always been passions of his, and he knew from an early age that he wanted to pursue a career in this field.

In 2021, fresh out of high school, Ryan founded Ryan’s Signature Landscaping with a clear vision: to build a company that people could trust and rely on for exceptional outdoor services. His determination and drive have been key to the company’s success, and he continues to uphold these values in every project. Ryan's goal is not only to transform outdoor spaces but also to create lasting relationships with clients and the community.

Outside of work, Ryan is an avid Ohio State University football fan, enjoys hunting, and is passionate about helping the younger generation get involved in agriculture and horticulture. He takes pride in giving back by mentoring and inspiring others to pursue careers in the green industry. Ryan’s dedication to both his business and his community sets the foundation for everything Ryan’s Signature Landscaping stands for.

Connor joined Ryan's Signature Landscaping in 2022 as a laborer, quickly proving his dedication and work ethic. A fast learner, he has steadily taken on more responsibilities, earning the trust to run entire projects. Connor’s commitment to excellence means he never settles for anything less than perfection, and he consistently ensures every job is completed with the highest standards. His strong belief in hard work and refusal to accept laziness have helped him grow both professionally and personally. Under Ryan's mentorship, Connor has not only expanded his skills as a landscaper but also grown as an individual, embodying the values of determination and a constant drive to improve.

Outside of work, Connor maintains an active lifestyle. He works out every day, enjoys hunting, fishing, and horseback riding, and is passionate about his studies in pre-veterinary medicine at the University of Findlay. His pursuit of knowledge and skill in multiple areas reflects his dedication to personal growth and his commitment to achieving success in everything he does.

Jaret is a hardworking professional who brings a strong sense of dedication and precision to every project he tackles. Joining Ryan's Signature in 2023, he quickly became known for his attention to detail and his refusal to take shortcuts, ensuring the highest quality results in all aspects of his work. With a passion for the outdoors, Jaret draws inspiration from his hobbies—working out, fishing, and attending concerts—and applies the same focus and discipline to his job in landscape design and management. Whether overseeing a landscape installation or fine-tuning the smallest detail, Jaret’s commitment to excellence shines through in every project he’s involved in. He takes pride in transforming spaces while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Scott began his career with Ryan’s Signature Landscaping in 2021, initially joining the team as a laborer. Throughout his tenure with the company, he has consistently demonstrated reliability, strong work ethic, and dedication to completing projects to the highest standard. His commitment to seeing each job through to completion has earned him recognition as a dependable team member. In his current role as Maintenance Foreman, Scott oversees the maintenance operations, managing a variety of tasks and ensuring that the quality and efficiency of services are maintained across all projects.

Over the years, Scott has developed a diverse skill set that spans both construction and landscaping, enabling him to contribute effectively to various job functions. His ability to adapt to new challenges and continually enhance his technical expertise has been a key asset to the success of the team.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Scott is dedicated to furthering his education. He is currently enrolled at Kent State University, pursuing a degree in the Aeronautics and Engineering Program, where he is expanding his knowledge and skill set in the fields of aviation and engineering.

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Scott enjoys a variety of hobbies that reflect his love for the outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and watching football. He also values spending quality time with family and friends, which allows him to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
